Ordering a suit.

Ordering a new Tailsuit couldn't be easier, the first thing to do is to give us a call, email us your number and we will call you (it is best if we can talk to you as we can gain more insight than through email alone) or visit us in the shop to discuss your requirements and dance background and expectations, we will then talk you through the cloth options either in person in the shop or over the phone after we have posted samples out to you. We will then take your measurements or ask you to download the form off the website and supply your measurements yourself, if we have seen you in person and the deposit has been paid we will start to cut your suit and book your personal fitting date usually three weeks from date the measurements were taken. If you are sending us your measurements by email or post then we will ask you to send three photographs with the form, one from the front, back and side all in dance hold and in a close fitting t-shirt, from these and the notes we have taken from our first phone call we will be able to asses your shape dance style and physical details and once we have received your deposit  transfer these to the cutting table to start to produce your suit, you have then 3 options for the fitting stage.

Option 1:- A personal fitting, this can be with you traveling to our shop or to a mutually agreed location in the UK, this could be a competition or a studio you are

already planning to travel to. Alternatively the personal fitting can be carried out in your own country as we travel extensively throughout the year to international competitions and studios in many countries around the world, there is a small charge for this service but as it saves at least one return postage charge and in most cases works out cheaper than the postage it is more than worth it for the piece of mind of a personal fitting. For details of our travel diary please call or email.

Option 2 :- A postal fitting, This is where the suit is taken to a forward fitting stage and posted out to your address, you would then try the suit on with your teacher and take photographs and write any comments you have regarding the fit and feel. This is still very much an unfinished item but is in a state that can be put on and will look and feel close enough to the finished product for you to get a good idea. The suit, comments and photographs are then returned to us for us to look over and complete, it may be that we will need to call you to discuss the fitting and what you feel before we complete and return the suit.

Option 3 :- Straight through to complete. This option is for customers we have made for before or have been able to measure ourselves and have watched dance previously. In certain cases it might be possible to complete a suit without meeting the dancer with a comprehensive set of photographs and after detailed discussions. Each customer is unique and has different requirements and as such this decision will only be made after the reviewing all the information available.

We take our reputation very seriously and will make every effort to ensure every customer is treated as they deserve and the finished suit is something both ourselves and the customer can be very proud of. PURE CLASS not just a name but a statement of quality and service.
